I will first get you per-qualified with one of our quality lenders. This will give us a price range for our shopping excursions and narrow down the search.
Once I know what type of property you are interested in I will search the MLS listing service (600 plus websites) for properties that fit your criteria. I will present to you those properties that are a match for possible viewing. I can also show any property with an agent for sale sign.
After you find a property you are interested in I will assist you in presenting the offer. This will be in the form of a Purchase Contract. The offer will be either accepted rejected or the owner can make a counter offer that we can either accept or reject. Once the offer is accepted the offer becomes a contract and the property will begin escrow.
During the escrow process you will have me to personally walk the transaction through escrow and I can clear up any problems ASAP.
